How to use

Pull a bag from the roll. Please note these bags are side welded. That means the opening is along one side of the roll (shown by arrows and the word OPEN)

• Allow hot materials to cool before placing them in the liner, e.g. tea bags.
• Empty your bin or replace the liner every 1-4 days.
• The liner will breakdown harmlessly in a composting process and will disappear completely in 1-3 months.
• Store unused liners in dry conditions, away from direct sunlight and below 35 ° C.
• There can sometimes be a build up of condensation between the bin and the liner. This is normal and harmless.

    First purchase

    Kerry

I purchased these bags based on the quality of the 50 litre garden bags that I’ve purchased in the past. The 7.5 litre bags are great but I only gave 4 stars as everyone in the house find them difficult to open. It won’t stop me ordering more though.

7 litre biodegradable and compostable liners

    Cathy Wigley-Jones

These bags are very good - extremely strong do no problem with them splitting even if you put a lot in them. Unfortunately the label that holds them together is glued to the outside liner and you always lose one liner because it tears when you remove the label.

    7-litre biodegarable liners

    David Brotherton

I use these to line the food waste bins supplied by the City of Edinburgh Council. They are slightly larger and somewhat stronger than those supplied by the Council (which are known to break apart occasionally). As the Gardening Delights liners have never failed, I prefer to buy and use the superior product to avoid the hassle of having to move the contents of a broken liner into a replacement.

    Great

    Kate

These are by far the best compost bags I've tried and the price seems quite reasonable compared to those available in supermarkets.

    Very good product

    Sheryl Williams

I’ve used these bags for years now and in my opinion they are the neatest solution. I recently tried a paper alternative but it was stiff and made it awkward to close the lid of the caddy.
